This wedding is extra special to me because it is the wedding of my best friend Amanda! I was a bridesmaid and Todd was the photographer!

It was a cool Winter day, but the sun was shining and the sky was blue! The morning started with some getting ready photos at the Comfort Inn. Then we headed off to the ceremony at the Camp River Hall. Amanda & Ben had an outdoor ceremony behind the hall. Amanda told us all that Ben was going to be “doing something” when she walked down the isle and if he didn’t then she would turn around! HAHA! We all did not know what to expect. As Amanda made her way down the isle with her mom and dad on either side, Ben went down on one knee. It was sooo cute!

After the ceremony we headed to the Cheam Wetlands to do some photos. Amanda & Ben were super sweet with each other. As the sun started to go down (and it got chillier!) they made there way back. As they were driving they noticed the sunset was getting really colorful. So they quickly jumped out of the car and took a couple photos before heading back. Amanda really wanted snow in her photos but unfortunately it was gone in most places. But instead she got a once in a lifetime sunset! I think that’s a pretty good trade!

The reception was back at the Camp River Hall. The room was filled with handmade decor and energetic guests who rocked the Looney booth! Amanda & Ben had a dessert reception which was laid out so creatively and was complete with a tasty veggie bar and some other finger foods. Later on there were some heartwarming speeches and a lovely slideshow. Then the dancing began and the Looney booth became a bit crazier!

Congratulations Amanda & Ben!! We love you guys and couldn’t be happier that you two are married! Woohoo!

Amanda’s expression was so sweet when she saw Ben down on one knee!!This picture is hilarious! Amanda’s eyes are saying, “Don’t you dare touch me with that cake!” And Ben looks so sheepish! ha ha!
